IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

WILL I PAY SALES TAX?

If you reside in the State of New Jersey, we are legally bound to collect sales tax.

WHAT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can use our secure online method to pay, or if you wish, you can call and speak to a representative. We also accept personal checks and money orders, but please note that goods are not shipped until funds have been cleared. CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS IF I WANT TO?

Yes, providing the item is returned to us no later than 30 days from the date of order. Please see our return policy for further information .

WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING AND IT ISN'T IN STOCK?

In the event that an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know the time involved in getting your item. Therefore you will have a choice of accepting or to select something else. If you choose to wait, we will keep you informed all the way, and of course notify you once the goods are received and shipped to you.

HOW ARE THE GOODS SHIPPED?

For domestic "Standard Shipping" orders, we charge a flat fee of $7.95. We primarily ship USPS priority insured mail. Once shipped, most orders are delivered to our clients in 2-3 business days. For Expedited/Express orders, we charge $25.00. We may ship via the USPS Express mail service or FEDEX 1 or 2 day service, depending on delivery area. All expedited shipments are also insured.

For International orders, we only use the United States Postal Service. We may either send the item registered insured mail, or for larger items/orders, we will use the airmail insured service.

Your information is totally safe. You have provided it to us in order to purchase from us. You are our client, not a commodity to be sold.
